Match the Document to the Request
Read the accepted types and validity requirements currently shown by XX5. Check the name and birth information against your profile, including ordering or spelling where the form specifies it.
Use your own current evidence. If the profile contains an error, ask about correcting that field; altering a document image to make it match is not an acceptable solution.
- Verify that the document type is accepted.
- Check its validity date.
- Compare the profile's identity fields.
- Use original, unaltered evidence.
Make the Photograph Easy to Read
Choose a plain background and even lighting. Hold the camera steady, include every edge and move away from direct reflections. A clean lens and a second attempt usually help more than editing the picture.
Open the photo at full size before uploading. The required writing, portrait and expiry information should be legible. Do not add filters, obscure required marks or compress the file until details disappear.
- Leave every corner in the frame.
- Move the light if glare hides text.
- Inspect sharpness before submission.
- Retake rather than digitally repair.
Keep the Upload Inside the Verified Flow
Reach the identity screen through the account you opened from the known XX5 entry page. An unexpected social message asking for a document is not the same as that signed-in request.
When the upload finishes, retain its acknowledgment and estimated review period. Repeatedly sending the same image can complicate the case without helping a reviewer complete it.
- Check where the upload form belongs.
- Save the submission identifier.
- Note the expected review interval.
- Wait unless new evidence is requested.
Respond to the Stated Problem
An unsupported format, expired document and unreadable photograph need different fixes. Read the rejection carefully and correct the identified issue instead of uploading the unchanged file again.
If the reason is too vague, provide the case reference and message to support. Ask for the required correction without attaching private documents to an address whose role you have not verified.
- Identify the precise rejection reason.
- Use formal corrections for profile errors.
- Keep replies linked to the same case.
- Protect copies stored on the device.
